A USEFUL START

Your first fertility consultation: what to bring

Your existing reports

Bring the complete reports you already have, with dates. Ask the clinic before repeating tests.

Your medicine list

Include prescriptions, supplements and herbs for both partners.

Your questions

Write down what you most want to understand: the diagnosis, options, costs or next step.

Your partner, if possible

Both histories matter. Ask how to include your partner if attending together is difficult.
